Awake, awake Harmonious Pow’rs
Summon from th’ Elysian plain
of Graces ye Graces & ye brighter train
of Vertues from Celestial Bow’rs

Tell ’em ’tis ye Joyfull morn
when Brittain’s Queen & Theirs was born

Like her Sovereign self let her Season appear
the Tryumph of Nature and Life of the Year

Chide ye Drowsy spring’s Delay
Tell her ’tis our Anna’s Day
She must not will not cannot stay
No she must not will not cannot stay
Tell her ’tis our Anna’s Day

No no let the Loitring Goddess sleep
Her Fading Glories let her keep
Since a Presence so Pow’rfull is near
And makes an Elysium a spring all the year

Call the Graces brighter Pow’rs
and Virtues from Celestial Bow’rs
Without your summons we are nigh
Where Anna’s present we are always by

From the Cottage and Cell in State we resort
To the Pallace and Court of a Queen and a Prince so Renown’d
Where Vertues are Favourites and Piety Crown’d

’Tis thus our Anna does maintain
The Tryumphs of her Glorious Reign
Thus she her Albion Guards
And thus Great George the main

Her Pow’rfull Foes she thus Alarms
She makes their mighty Hosts to yield

With Devotion’s stronger Charms
And in her Closet wins the Field
Well may her Arm successful prove
Oppressing Tyrants to Chastize
When Leagu’d with Heav’nly Pow’rs Above
And Guardian seraphs her Allies
Pow’rfull Foes she thus Alarms
She makes their mighty Hosts to yiel.

Europe cast thy cares away
Brittain bless thy Anna’s Day
That shall the Golden Age renew
Royall Piety no less Rewards are due
Europe cast thy care away
Brittain bless thy Anna’s Day.
